So guys and girls, hello and good evening . So now that majority of us had joined in, allow me to brief you peeps. Now every Tuesday, i urged and asked the assistance and cooperation to each and every one of you to submit to me any content pertaining fitness and health. Lateness in giving me the content will results in bad representation of our image. So guys do hand me in the content of your video,article or anything via my email (amirnmj@yahoo.com) as every Tuesday, our client will see the blog content every Wednesday. Good kick-start i must say to Shaiful, , if you guys are planning to do a video , make sure the content is beneficial, packed with information and most importantly, think of a way to make it fun so we could catch our audience's attention.
